We focus on quality over quantity, sustainably raising cattle on our farm in northeast Ohio.  Our cattle freely roam the pastures, are free of growth hormones, and consume Non-GMO grain sewn in our fields.

THE BREEDS

Our farm has evolved over the years since we started in the 1990s when we raised Holstein Dairy beef steers.  Today, we primarily focus on three premium beef breeds: Angus, Beefalo, and Wagyu.  Many people are familiar with the Angus breed; one of the most popular by volume and quality. Wagyu also finds a place on most Prime Steakhouse menus.  Beefalo, our family favorite, is a bison/bovine hybrid that yields the “best steak we have ever had.”

THE CUTS

There is a lot more to a steer than just steaks. Our beef patties come in two sizes, 1/3 and 1/2 lb.  If you want to spice things up a bit, Jalapeno and bacon-infused burgers are sure to impress at your next cookout. Once you try our all-beef hotdogs, you won’t go to the grocery store anymore.
